Account Verification After Login In Playico
After you sign in, Playico may ask you to verify your account to meet identity and payment checks. The request can appear as a banner in your profile, a pop-up during a withdrawal, or a status message in the cashier.
Verification is typically required before the first withdrawal. It also triggers after certain changes, such as updating your name, phone number, email, password, or adding a new payment method.
Playico can request a new review if your activity looks inconsistent with your profile data, for example repeated failed deposit attempts, logins from a new country, or multiple cards linked to one account.
Most checks are document-based. Uploads are usually accepted as color photos or scans where all four corners are visible and the text is readable.
- ID: Passport, national ID card (front and back), or driving licence. The document must be valid, show your full name and date of birth, and match the details on the account.
- Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government letter dated within the last 3 months. It must show your full name and full address exactly as entered in your profile.
- Payment method: For bank cards, a photo of the card where only the last 4 digits are visible and the middle numbers are covered. For e-wallets, a screenshot of the wallet profile page showing your name and account email or ID.
- Selfie check: A selfie holding your ID or a live photo completed through an in-app prompt, used to match the document to the account holder.
- Name change proof: Marriage certificate or legal name change document if your ID and account details do not match.
Verification stays valid until something material changes, like a new payment method or updated personal details. In practice, most accounts only repeat the process after those changes or if a previous document expires.
Current state: Playico’s verification is mainly tied to withdrawals and account changes, and it relies on standard KYC documents (ID, proof of address, and payment proof).
